This CGI will generate a 10 question cloze JavaScript quiz.
The only warning is that you need to save the generated quiz "as source" (not "as text") or you will lose all the data that you entered.
Perhaps it would be a good idea to look at this whole page before entering data.
Step 1. Input your quiz data
The top field is the complete sentence. The bottom field is how the student sees it with blanks.
Note: You can make the blanks longer, but with ONLY ONE underscore, students can select it with a double-click on many computers. This makes it easier to do the exercise.
Write as many questions as you like. You don't have to fill in all the spaces.
If you want more than 10 questions, generate two quizzes and merge the data statements together using a text editor.

Step 4. Save the generated page to your hard disk.
Be sure that you save "as source" or save "as HTML."
If you forget to save the file, you will lose your quiz.
Step 5. Edit the page to suit your needs if you like.
If you like the way the page looks, you don't need to edit it.
Step 6. Upload the page to your server.
You don't really have to upload it to a server.
