Save This Welcome Message
=========================

Please save this message for future reference, especially if you are not familiar with LISTSERV or ListProc. If you belong to several discussion lists, it might be helpful to have a folder called 'welcome' where you save messages received after subscribing to a new list.

This might look like a waste of disk space now, but in 6 months you will be glad you saved this information when you realize that you cannot remember what lists you have subscribed to or what command to use to leave the list to avoid filling up your mailbox while you are on vacation.

Email Addresses You Need To Know
================================

There are two different e-mail addresses related to this list:

(1) To communicate with everyone who subscribed to the list, email to:

   netfuture-l@hawaii.edu

(2) To cancel your subscription or make some changes to it, email to:

   listproc@hawaii.edu

The above address is not a real person. You are communicating with a computerized system that only accepts Listproc commands (see Frequently Asked Questions below)
